If you love beautiful cemeteries, history, sculptures, learning about people, the outdoors, and incredible scenery this is the tour for you! In this 2 hour walking tour you will learn about the American Revolution, the Civil War, Funerary Symbols, Dueling, Slavery, Savannah and the incredible people that built our city!

Highlights include Johnny Mercer, Little Gracie, the Lawton Family Plot, the Wilmington River, Spanish Moss and Oak Trees, Azaleas, Camellias, Henry R. Jackson, Robert Anderson, Noble Jones, Richard Arnold, Papa’s Sweetheart, Conrad Aiken, The Bacon Family, and the Sculptures of John Walz just to mention a few!

Our adventure begins on the banks of the beautiful Wilmington River. After entering the cemetery take the first left and follow that road all the way around to the back parking lot. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle! Prepare to travel back in time and hear the voices of Savannah’s elite!
